Сеть отелей для животных BookingCat состоит из 18 объектов, расположившихся от Южно-Сахалинска до Хельсинки. Об особенностях бизнеса рассказала основатель сети Маргарита Никитина.
История создания
Маргарита Никитина имеет два высших образования по основной специальности «Ветеринарный врач», второй факультет – «Экономика и управление предприятием». В 2015 году защитила кандидатскую диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата ветеринарных наук. Начинала карьеру врачом в Управлении ветеринарии, работала как в сфере ветеринарии, так и ветеринарно-санитарной экспертизы и качества. Работала в Департаменте качества ГК «Окей», руководителем управления качества X5 Retail Group торговой сети «Пятерочка». Со слов Маргариты, идея для бизнеса возникла еще в 2007 во время учебы в ветеринарном институте, но тогда не нашлось средств. Они появились лишь спустя 10 лет. На открытие дела в 2017 году было потрачено около 3,5 млн рублей, из них 2,5 млн – строительство отеля, 1 млн – продвижение бренда, IT-сфера и франчайзинг. Спустя 9 месяцев после открытия первого отеля BookingCat расширился до 3 зооотелей: два из них принадлежали Маргарите Никитиной, третий открыт по франшизе.
Услуги
Деятельность BookingCat заключается в передержке котов, птиц, грызунов и небольших собак на время, пока их хозяева уезжают из дому (командировка, отпуск и т.д.). Животных помещают в просторные номера (до 4 м2) из закаленного стекла. Кошки чувствуют себя здесь достаточно комфортно. Для снижения стресса им включают классическую музыку. Стекло не впитывает запахов и не оставляет следов от предыдущих постояльцев. Стоимость одного номера – от 250 до 649 р./сутки. Можно заказать дополнительные платные услуги. Для клиентов организовано регулярное видеонаблюдение.
